I just know that it's a re-occurring theme in my travel experiences. "Getting away" isn't always the sexiest thing.

But usually, I'm in "traveler" mode, not "vacationer" mode. Traveling is about dirt, challenges, overcoming obstacles, and personal growth. Vacationing is about being pampered and relaxing.

Maybe it's time for me to take a vacation.

Fun, yes. Cerebral, yes. Enriching, yes. Sexy? No.
